Description

You will implement and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations, including building reporting and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, prototype, and test Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
• Build and maintain Workday Reporting & Analytics, including custom reports and calculated fields.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence for large organizations.
• 3+ years experience in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing Workday Time Tracking and Absence to Payroll.
• 3+ years building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics.
• Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
• Knowledge of Scheduling and Attendance Tracking complexity.
• Experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and Scheduling.
