Description

You will act as the functional consultant for Workday projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional consultant across Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Security.
• Design, test, and implement changes to Workday processes, security roles, and workflows based on business needs.
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional documentation, POC builds, UAT, and deployments.
• Recommend and implement configuration enhancements adhering to best practices and compliance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex configuration and functional issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of HRIS Experience.
• Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and security roles.
• Familiarity with Reporting and Security practices within HRIS systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7 years of professional working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Workday implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and collaboration with integration teams.
