Description

You will serve as a functional consultant for Workday projects, owning configuration, testing, and implementation across core HCM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement changes to Workday processes, security roles, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional documentation, proof-of-concept builds, user acceptance testing, and deployments.
• Recommend and implement configuration enhancements that adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex configuration and functional issues within the Workday environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional working experience in HRIS systems.
• 3+ years of specific experience with Workday HCM, including Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and managing security roles.
• Strong familiarity with Workday Reporting and Security practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience leading or supporting Workday implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and experience collaborating with integration teams.
