Description

Lead technical integration development and system configuration within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues using Workday reporting and business process configuration.
• Design and execute integration testing scenarios, including documentation and vendor coordination.
• Lead technical workstreams and provide guidance as a technical lead.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT, software development, or engineering.
• 5+ years of integration development experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead position.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, RaaS, and Cloud Connect.
• Proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, and SAML.
• Experience with Workday reporting and business process configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Workday implementations.
• Experience working with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting.
