Description

You will manage and optimize Workday Recruiting and Talent modules through configuration, testing, and technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Business Processes (BPs), calculated fields, and validation rules.
• Develop test plans and create test cases to support system testing.
• Implement system enhancements and document technical workflows.
• Troubleshoot user issues, monitor IT tickets, and perform ad-hoc quality audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator.
• Proven experience in Workday Systems Administration.
• End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues independently.
• Thorough documentation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Significant experience creating Workday reports.
• Workday Pro Recruiting and Workday Pro Talent certifications.
