Description

You will implement Workday solutions by translating business requirements into functional specifications and validated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate business problems, value drivers, and functional requirements into Workday functionality.
• Assess risks, feasibility, and business impact of proposed changes.
• Model processes and data flows to identify improvement areas.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and coordinate testing to validate solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills

• Thorough knowledge of Workday, specifically Time Evolution.
• Implementation experience with Workday.
• Exhaustive knowledge of Payroll.
• Experience with SAP, Success Factor, or Oracle.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and tools.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
