Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions, including configurations, integrations, and customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement technical Workday solutions that align with security standards and performance requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members through code reviews and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions leveraging Workday capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules as a software engineer.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation, EIB, and Core Connector.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Practical experience developing Workday Studio-based solutions using Java or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security within integrations and awareness of Workday Extend.
• Ability to architect complex, scalable, and secure Workday solutions.
• Solid understanding of database design and data manipulation.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications such as Workday Pro or Workday Integration.
