Description

You will lead and support Workday HR functional areas, configuring systems to meet business requirements. You will partner with HR stakeholders to translate needs into solutions, ensuring alignment across modules and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday business processes, domains, and system setup based on HR requirements.
• Gather functional requirements and write detailed specifications for system configurations.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver solutions and provide technical recommendations.
• Support system testing, prototype development, and migration to production environments.
• Ensure alignment across Workday modules and escalate potential risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
• Strong expertise in Workday Time, Absence, Payroll, and HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and domains.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and write functional specifications.
• Experience with Workday implementations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED required.
