Description

You will design, configure, and build solutions within Workday Financials, ensuring robust financial mappings and process automation. You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial configuration through system testing and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Accounting Center rules, financial mappings, and finance-related business processes.
• Develop custom financial reports and reporting solutions using Workday reporting tools.
• Manage integrations using Workday integration tools, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Implement and maintain security configurations across Financials and Prism Analytics.
• Execute system testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials Core Modules.
• Deep expertise in Accounting Center, including rule creation and financial mappings.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics configuration and security setup.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Security model.
• Proficiency with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors.
• Proven experience building custom reports and integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration experience, not purely functional or consultative.

Preferred Skills

• End-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience.
• ERP migration experience, specifically PeopleSoft to Workday.
