Description

You will own Workday HCM technical implementations and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio and Core Connector.
• Manage data transformations using XSLT and Document Transformation tools.
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday security essentials to ensure system integrity.
• Execute data loads and reporting requirements using EIB and Workday technical reports.
• Utilize PI/PECI and REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday technical implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio and Workday HCM.
• Proficiency with XSLT and Document Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with REST API and Postman.
• Technical knowledge of Workday EIB and Core Connector.
• Experience with PI/PECI integration protocols.
• Strong understanding of Workday security essentials.
• Ability to build and manage Workday technical reports.
