Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations. You will translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and maintain existing systems by troubleshooting issues promptly. You will assess and test the impact of Workday releases on current integrations. You will provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure all solutions adhere to security and data privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for HRIS, IT, and Payroll teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure system stability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration design and operations.
• Assess and test Workday release impacts on existing integration frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong proficiency in XML and XSLT for data transformation.
• Experience with Workday modules, specifically HCM and Recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior integration engineers.
• Familiarity with external vendor integration patterns.
