Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations while maintaining system stability and guiding junior team members.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications for HRIS, IT, and Payroll teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure system stability and security compliance.
• Assess and test the impact of Workday releases on current integration frameworks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration design and operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong proficiency in XML and XSLT for data transformation.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Adherence to security and data privacy policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior integration engineers.
• Familiarity with external vendor integration patterns.
