Description

You configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, or Absence modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional designs and test results.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, or Absence.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration tools.
• Ability to work effectively in Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days.
• Any graduate education.
