Description

You will manage system configuration, support, and improvements for Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Performance Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, and Talent Review components.
• Support testing by developing test plans, creating test cases, and implementing system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot user issues and document workflows to resolve production-related problems.
• Monitor daily cases and IT tickets to identify streamlining opportunities and perform ad-hoc quality audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Recruiting and Talent Administrator.
• Hands-on experience configuring Disciplinary Action Templates and Talent Calibration.
• Proficiency in Workday Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting IT ticketing systems for production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong documentation skills for workflows and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
