Description

You will implement, support, and optimize Workday HCM applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT and business solutions within Workday HCM using native tools for integrations, reports, and business process customization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Manage Workday production support, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
• Develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and document technical specifications across the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot data issues, reporting errors, and security configurations to drive resolutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Advanced Report Writer.
• Proficiency in Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB) and Business Process Framework.
• Technical proficiency in XML, XSLT, Calculated Fields, and BIRT reporting.
• Experience with Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Knowledge of Configurable Security and data analytics.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and testing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large, complex ERP projects within a team environment.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end functional flows and third-party system data flows.
• Knowledge of Agile test management and techniques such as BDD or TDD.
