Description

You lead Workday HCM technology deployments and large-scale product implementations. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects including business case development, project planning, and requirements gathering.
• Execute test planning, deployment, and post-deployment support for HCM systems.
• Translate HR business processes into system requirements and implement automated HR workflows.
• Manage project risks, issues, and status reporting while communicating concerns to business partners.
• Provide system support through troubleshooting, data validation, and user training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in HRIS management and large-scale HCM system implementation.
• Expertise in Workday Implementation Methodology.
• Technical competency in Workday HCM, specifically Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
• Experience managing 1-2 large Workday product implementations concurrently.
• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, set priorities, and manage resources.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, estimation, and design techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle or ADP.
