Description

You will lead end-to-end Workday implementations, managing scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting.
• Design and configure Workday Security, Condition Rules, and Calculated Fields.
• Define system requirements by engaging with HR leaders and business partners.
• Manage global support through incident and change management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Workday projects.
• Expertise in Core HCM and Payroll modules.
• Experience configuring Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Tableau and SharePoint.
• Experience gathering requirements from HR leaders.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence.
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration.
