Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Create and manage data transformations and mappings using XML, XSLT, JSON, and related integration technologies.
Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end validation to ensure reliable data exchange.
Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Ensure Workday integrations comply with security, data governance, and organizational compliance standards.
Monitor integration performance, resolve production issues, and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Workday Integrations, Workday HCM, or enterprise application integration development.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Integration Cloud.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, data transformation, integration troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization within Workday environments
