Description

You design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to ensure reliable data exchange across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Manage data transformations and mappings using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate data flows.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve production issues, and implement efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations or enterprise application integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Integration Cloud.
• Proficiency in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Core Connectors.
• Expertise in XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
