Description

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to ensure reliable data exchange across HR and IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Create and manage data transformations and mappings using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end validation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve production issues, and implement enhancements for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Workday Integrations or Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Integration Cloud.
• Proficiency in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of security, data governance, and compliance standards.
