Job Title: Workday Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (As per client requirement)

Experience Required: 4–10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with 4–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and/or technical expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, with the ability to gather business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM and related modules.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Configure Business Processes (BP), Security, Organizations, and Tenant Setup.

Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

Design, build, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.

Troubleshoot functional and technical issues while providing timely resolutions.

Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to optimize Workday functionality.

Support Workday releases by analyzing new features, testing enhancements, and implementing improvements.

Prepare technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.

Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and system performance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

4–10 years of IT experience with strong Workday consulting expertise.

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

Strong experience in Business Process Configuration.

Experience with Security Configuration.

Expertise in Report Writer and Calculated Fields.

Experience integrating Workday using REST/SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.

Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and SQL.

Experience with Workday releases, testing, and production support.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Recruiting, or Financials are highly preferred.

Experience working on multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
