Workday Consultant

You will lead the audit and optimization of the Workday-Okta integration to resolve critical permissioning and access issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose existing integration issues to identify root causes of access loss.
• Execute technical recommendations by architecting and programming the Workday instance.
• Lead discovery sessions with Engineering, C-Suite, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive implementation of the new permissioning structure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Workday.
• Direct experience managing Workday and Okta integrations.
• Proven track record as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience performing technical discovery, analysis, and requirement gathering.
• Ability to communicate technical architectures to engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Experience managing complex organizational restructuring from a technical permissioning standpoint.
• Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting technical requirements.
