Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core HCM configuration.
• Good knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Security.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and organizational structures.
• Experience with Workday implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Core HCM certification is preferred.
