• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Expertise in Workday Data Mapping and Conversions.
• Experience applying application design methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration processes and data flow management in Workday.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
