Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications based on specific business processes and application requirements.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Core HCM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical specifications.
• Manage team decisions and provide technical solutions across multiple functional teams.
• Ensure all application delivery meets established quality standards and project timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Core HCM certification is required.
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM implementation and configuration.
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and data models.
• Practical knowledge of Workday security and reporting.
• Experience integrating Workday with external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
