_Requirements:_

- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Reporting
- Experience in HCM modules - Core Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking & Absence
- Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors
- Experience in configuring Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Compensation Packages
- Experience in Workday Implementation and Support projects
- Must be flexible to work in CST / PST time zone (US Shifts - Night Shift)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work Mode: Remote - CST/PST Timing
