Description

You will own the end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to Workday.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute data extracts from PeopleSoft HCM, Finance, and Payroll systems.
• Transform and cleanse source data using ETL tools, scripts, or Workday utilities.
• Build and validate data files for Workday loading using EIB and Workday Studio.
• Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and parallel testing during migration cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data conversion, ETL, or data integration for ERP, HCM, or Finance systems.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft data structures (HCM, Finance, Payroll).
• Proficiency in extracting data from Oracle and SQL databases.
• Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.
• Technical expertise in ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx.
• Strong command of SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Workday data conversion projects, specifically in higher education.
• Experience with Workday Core Connector integrations.
