Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Workday HCM solutions and integrations.
• Configure and customize Workday modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support Workday integrations using appropriate integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday application and integration issues.
• Work with HR and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations and integrations.

Experience Required:

• 2 - 6 years of experience in Workday development and support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Good understanding of Workday configuration and integrations.
• Experience with Workday reporting and data management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Any Graduation
