Description

You will build and maintain Workday integrations to support global business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhance existing Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and Enhanced EIBs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Owners, and HRIS teams to support production and implement enhancements.
• Liaise with global business units, support teams, and integration vendors.
• Mentor junior developers and resolve technical issues within the integration framework.
• Manage tasks and progress reporting using JIRA and Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of relevant Workday experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enhanced EIBs.
• Proficiency with the Workday Integration framework.
• Technical expertise in XSLT, XML, and Document Transformation.
• Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
• Experience using JIRA and Bitbucket.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in working with developers, QA, and product stakeholders.
