You will design, configure, and maintain security controls and solution options within Workday environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security controls across the Workday environment.
• Plan, configure, and test solution options in Workday Adaptive Planning to align with workforce strategies.
• Translate business needs into requirements through gap analysis and business process workflow recommendations.
• Support SOX audit activities by maintaining security controls and preparing compliance documentation.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation efforts.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects.
• 3-5 years of Workday Security experience across HCM.
• Hands-on knowledge of domain security policies, business process security policies, security groups, and user-based assignments.
• Experience configuring Workday Security roles, including new role creation and dynamic groups.
• Proficiency with the Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Experience using Rally for project management and collaboration.
• Ability to manage individual tasks with limited supervision and effective time tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience in one or more additional functional areas: Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting.
