Design, develop, and support Workday solutions within the Talent module.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday solutions focused on the Talent module.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements.
• Manage development tasks to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Talent module.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio for integration development.
• Experience building custom extensions and applications.
• Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
