Description

You will design and build enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. You own the full development lifecycle, from object-oriented design to deployment, ensuring robust web application performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP-based web services with a strong focus on design patterns.
• Manage database interactions with Oracle and DB2 using Hibernate JPA.
• Write unit tests and execute Test Driven Development using JUnit and Mockito.
• Collaborate on microservices architecture and integration via Spring Batch/Integration and JMS.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Objects Oriented Programming, and Web Application Development.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Batch/Integration).
• Experience with ORM technologies, specifically Hibernate JPA.
• Solid background in RESTful API development and SOAP-based web services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and DB2 databases.
• Practical experience with Test Driven Development using JUnit and Mockito.
• Understanding of design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer & Information Science Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or Angular front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jasper Reports for reporting needs.
