You will architect and execute Workday solutions to meet specific business functions and objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes.
• Customize and configure Workday modules, workflows, and business processes.
• Build reports, dashboards, and integrations to provide actionable data.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to manage testing, training, and rollout procedures.
• Provide technical expertise for the deployment and continuous enhancement of the Workday environment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience designing and implementing Workday solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience focusing on HR and finance modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification.
