Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and Extend applications to support core HR and payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrations using Cloud Connectors, Document Transformations, EIBs, and Workday Studio.
• Develop and maintain Extend Applications and internal/external Workday applications.
• Lead functional stakeholders and vendors through impact analysis, change requests, and product upgrades.
• Support Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent.
• Collaborate with business units on planning, validation, testing, and service updates.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Proficiency with EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday Extend.
• Experience with XML and XSLT.
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Ability to work with middleware and Cloud Connect.
• Experience with Report Writer and PICOF.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
