Description

You will lead the full development lifecycle for Workday integrations and configurations, from building Studio integrations to managing deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build Workday Studio integrations from scratch and manage their deployment through the release process.
• Develop, test, and move integrations into production environments.
• Modify existing configurations and build new ones within the HCM module.
• Identify and implement automation or process improvements for existing systems.
• Lead the team with technical expertise while assisting with optimization efforts for Core HCM and Performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday development.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, BIRT, and Workday HCM/Payroll.
• Proficiency with Workday integrations including Core connectors, EIBs, and Studio.
• Experience with Workday Reports (Advanced, custom, Matrix, and Trending).
• Strong command of XML and XSLT.
• Hands-on experience with Business Processes (BPs) and Workday best practices.
• Knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
