This role involves developing and supporting Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday solutions within the Talent module.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Manage development tasks and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Talent module.
• Experience building integrations and custom extensions.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Extend.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
