Description

You will design, develop, and support Workday solutions, primarily within the Talent module.

You will own the development lifecycle, including building integrations with Workday Studio and creating custom applications using Workday Extend. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system reliability and scalability. You will manage development tasks independently in a hybrid enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday Talent module solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Talent module.

• Ability to build and maintain complex integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working independently in a hybrid enterprise environment.
