You will design, architect, and execute Workday solutions for HR and finance business functions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Workday modules and workflows to align with organizational objectives.
• Build dynamic reports, dashboards, and integrations to provide actionable insights.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance for deployment and continuous environment enhancement.
• Streamline testing, training, and rollout procedures across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Workday solutions, specifically within HR and finance modules.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for translating complex requirements into practical configurations.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.
