Description

You will develop and manage reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all reporting-related project activities, including maintaining the report inventory.
• Partner with the implementation team to gather, define, and coordinate reporting requirements for custom reports.
• Design, develop, and modify Workday Simple, Advanced, and Matrix reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues and analyze report performance.
• Track reporting workstream progress using Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Report Developer.
• Proven expertise building Simple Reports, Advanced Reports, and Matrix Reports.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners for report specification and requirement gathering.
• Strong experience with data mapping and report validation.
• Intermediate to strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and defect resolution.
