Description

You will support the initial stages of a large-scale migration from PeopleSoft to Workday.

Responsibilities

• Develop new solutions by working directly with end users to capture and implement requirements.
• Write and maintain complex reports using SQL and other reporting mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot application issues within a client-server architecture.
• Support the transition process from PeopleSoft systems to Workday.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and report writing.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle environments.
• Working knowledge of web applications and client-server architecture.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration projects.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as BI Publisher, Tableau, or Crystal Reports.
