Description

You will manage Workday configurations, interface architectures, and reporting requirements for the cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architecture for inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Build custom Merit, Bonus, Stock, and Total Compensation statements using Business Intelligent Reporting Tool.
• Develop simple, advanced, matrix, and BIRT reports using Workday Report Writer.
• Create prototypes and advanced complex custom reports within the Workday platform.
• Gather requirements for cloud-to-cloud connectivity and maintain vendor communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing requirement specifications for Business Process Management.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio for integration development.
• Strong command of XSLT, XML, and XPath for data transformation.
• Experience with SOAP and WSDL standards for web services.
• Hands-on experience with Oxygen XML Editor and Eclipse IDE.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in Workday and Benefit related issues.
