Description

You will deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions by analyzing, designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations across HR and Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex business problems integrating Workday with external applications.
• Design, build, and test Workday Integrations using Studio and EIB, supplementing with custom coding.
• Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE and create functional specifications and integration workbooks.
• Perform impact assessments, effort estimation, and track delivery progression through SDM processes.
• Prepare and execute SIT test plans, reviewing results and ensuring quality of all deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Integration development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB integration development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and JSON.
• Experience with SOAP API and Web Services integration patterns.
• Familiarity with XMLs and XSLTs for data transformations.
• Knowledge of HCM Functional areas.
• Ability to write Unix scripts.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a computer-related subject.
