Description

You will own and manage reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem, from requirement gathering to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify Workday Simple, Advanced, and Matrix reports.
• Own and maintain the report inventory and coordinate all reporting project activities.
• Troubleshoot report-related issues, analyze performance, and resolve defects.
• Partner with implementation teams to gather and define custom reporting requirements.
• Coordinate unit and end-to-end testing with client functional subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Report Developer.
• Proven expertise building Simple, Advanced, and Matrix Reports.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners for report specification and requirement gathering.
• Strong experience with data mapping and report validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Intermediate to strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and defect resolution.
