Description

Own and manage all reporting-related project activities for the Workday implementation, from requirement gathering to final delivery and audit documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify Workday Simple, Advanced, and Matrix reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Coordinate unit testing and end-to-end validation with functional SMEs to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain report inventory and detailed documentation for internal and external audit requirements.
• Track workstream progress and support knowledge transfer to functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience in enterprise software or reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Report Developer.
• Proven expertise building Simple, Advanced, and Matrix reports.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners for report specification and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data mapping and report validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Workday implementation or transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
