Must Have:

* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Workday, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).

* Proficiency in Workday Studio, ElBs, and other Workday integration tools.

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

* Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

* Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.

* Develop and maintain integrations using Workday

Studio, ElBs, Core Connectors, and APls.

* Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.

* Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.

* Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support
