Required Skills

• 7+ years Workday Development experience (ideally migration from Peoplesoft)
• Strong hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Can be finance or HR, agnostic to either
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, or related integration tools
• Strong unit testing and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major ERP transformations
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly understand existing environments and deliver solutions independently
• Experience supporting data mapping, data conversion, and migration efforts
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced implementation environment
