Description

You will lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations and manage enterprise-wide project lifecycles within academic, research, and healthcare portfolios.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations from initiation through cutover and post-production support.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, charters, and statements of work.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure delivery meets scope, deadlines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, team members, and vendors while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Create documentation for business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
• Expertise in Workday HCM product suite deployments.
• Proven experience in project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Strong ability to define and baseline project scopes and requirements.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving and analytical techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in academic, research, or healthcare portfolios.
