Description

Own the design, development, and testing of Workday HCM reporting and functional solutions for multiple customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex custom reports using Workday Reporting, Report Builder, and XSLT (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
• Build calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics and design executive dashboards using Score Cards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
• Create system test environments and conduct functional and system tests for development and enhancement projects.
• Implement secure RaaS reports supporting downstream integrations and conduct report security audits.
• Optimize report performance and support Workday production reporting incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Workday HCM with in-depth functional knowledge across 2-3 areas (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll).
• Strong proficiency in Workday Application, Reporting, and Custom Reports.
• Experience with testing tools such as ADO and JIRA.
• Valid Workday certification from an Implementation partner is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a problem-solving and self-directed attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
