Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday functional designs across Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• Configure and support Workday PATT solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist with data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and migration of legacy payroll, time, and absence data.
• Develop test scenarios and execute unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Core HCM, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration optimization.
• Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guidance.
• Provide functional guidance and advise stakeholders on Workday best practices and change management.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking).
• End-to-end Workday implementation and configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of US and/or Global Payroll, tax compliance, leave policies, and timekeeping regulations.
• Active Workday certification in one or more of the following:
  • Workday Payroll
  • Workday Absence Management
  • Workday Time Tracking
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, retroactive calculations, payroll adjustments, and complex payroll/tax requirements.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to advise business leaders and executives on Workday solutions and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple Workday functional areas.
• Experience with complex global payroll and time/absence implementations.
• Strong experience supporting Workday post-production, releases, and optimization initiatives
