Description

Support the Workday project team in replacing legacy mainframe HCM and financial systems with a cloud-based ERP solution.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering for Workday HCM and financial modules.
• Execute data mapping and data validation tasks as defined by project staff.
• Document, review, and analyze programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
• Develop integrations to exchange data between in-house systems, vendor applications, and external state entities.
• Create test plans and scenarios to ensure system accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP environments.
• Direct experience with Workday HCM and financial systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong systems requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to perform process documentation and business process re-engineering.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with reporting tools.
